Job Summary To lead the clinical development and operations of the team Develop and support the mapping of target product profiles (TPP) and clinical development plans (CDP) for new products in our development pipeline. Work closely with the various teams, Preclinical, Project Management , CROs, academic collaborators, multi-lateral organizations in conducting studies, developing analysis plans and making evaluations and will represent company in scientific meetings for poster and presentations of new data and support publication efforts for transparent dissemination of important new scientific data. Responsibilities Develop and support the mapping oftarget product profiles (TPP) and clinical development plans (CDP) for new products in our development pipeline, in alignment with all functional partners. Work closely with the various teams, Preclinical, Project Management , CROs, academic collaborators, multi-lateral organizations in conducting studies, developing analysis plans and making evaluations. Work with Regulatory to ensure all details are in place in terms of ethical and other approvals before the start of clinical studies, keeping to quality control adherence and maintenance of the highest ethical standards at all times in the execution of any studies. Address queries from EC, other committee and from the authorities. Support and cooperate with auditors and inspectors during studies' assessment. Analyse, organize data and interpret results. Write study protocols, prepare interim and final clinical study reports for internal and external use. Be an active member of product development teams and lead the clinical development stage Accountability for the operational budget and rolling forecasts as they pertain to the scientific teams and department. Other related duties as assigned. Requirements Ph.D. in Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, or cell biology with at least 5 years of research experience Hands-on clinical trial experience in prior work roles. Ability to work in a cross-functional work environment is critical. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
