Job Description
Our client is a global MNC, and they provide air and travel services across five continents. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Operations Manager (Resources Planning) to join their Operations team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located at Changi Airport.
The Responsibilities for Operations Manager (Resources Planning) are:
- Giving suggestions regarding the utilization of resources in the most effective way.
- Facilitate resource allocation by planning long-term.
- Manage and assist Resource Allocators to effectively resource shifts through different phases.
- Use expert knowledge of the decision support systems to increase operational effectiveness and productivity.
- Collaborate with Managers and Resource Allocators by providing expert advice and adapting to changes during rostering
- Communicate the rostering plan to colleagues, seek input and review to ensure continuous enhancement of rostering coverage.
- Monitor roster effectiveness and generate weekly/monthly automatic or manual reports
- Review resource allocations and intervene when necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management
- Supervisory experience preferred
