My client in the west is looking for the above candidate

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Group\xe2\x80\x99s Leadership to understand, develop, and continuously refine a strategy for the Singapore market
• Coordinate and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the vision is met
• Shape, lead, and develop a team of up to 20 people both within Singapore and overseas, ensuring the right priorities are being made
• Work with the Retail Team and Digital Team to ensure that we provide an engaging customer experience across all our touchpoints
• Lead the Marketing process to test out methodologies and messages that can resonate and inspire the local market
• Coordinate with the Product Team to develop a brand portfolio and supply chain that is appealing for the local market, easy to manage, and profitable
• Own the overall P&L for the Business Unit with the support of the Finance team
• Foster a fun-loving, experimental, and progressive culture within the organisation

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Able to ride a bicycle
• Demonstrated initiative to continuously learn and think critically
• Passion in connecting, leading, and developing people of diverse backgrounds
• Effective communication skills and empathy to understand the perspective of the customer and other
• stakeholders
• Organised and detail oriented person capable of managing multiple workstreams
• Strong sense of service, positive attitude and working mindset
• Enjoys being outdoors is a plus
• Comfortable with domestic and international travel
