To lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on all sites
Implement and enforce safety, health and environmental rules and regulations and practices among workers
Coordinate with main-contractors, sub-contractors and consultants
Supervision of construction works to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the schedule
Attending all site meetings
To ensure that works are carried out according to specifications drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
To liaise with the Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
To ensure that decisios on site issues are conveyed to the contractor within a reasonable timeframe
Formulating and suggesting of work safety standards such as safety procedures/check lists, safety records and documentation and enforcing such procedures
Project planning and scheduling
Any other assigned duties.
Requirements
Min 5 years of relevant Project Engineer experience for the Construction industry
Prior experience for M&E projects will be an advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills
* Able to work independently and also in a team
