Operations Manager - Ice Bath Clubs (Singapore)

Reporting To: Chief Operations Officer


Role Type: Full-time | On-site | Multi-location oversight

As we expand across Singapore, we're searching for a high-performing Operations Manager to bring structure, energy, and excellence to our multi-location operations.

The Role




You'll oversee operations of our clubs across Singapore, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience for every member and guest. Reporting directly to the

Chief Operations Office

r, you'll be responsible for people, processes, and performance -- and play a critical role in scaling our brand across the region.

Key Responsibilities




Club & Operational Excellence

Strategic operations across multiple Ice Bath Club locations. Implement and refine SOPs across hygiene, safety, inventory, scheduling, and session delivery. Conduct regular audits to ensure operational consistency and quality. Work closely with facilities, vendors, and logistics to keep everything running seamlessly.


Team Leadership & Culture

Contribute to a high-performance culture through feedback, and accountability. Lead by example in customer service, work ethic, and emotional intelligence.


Commercial & Performance Management

Own regional KPIs: utilisation rates, NPS, cost efficiency, retention, and productivity. Monitor and report on club-level budgets, stock control, and spending. Partner with the COO on expansion planning, new site openings, and operational pilots.


Customer Experience & Community Engagement

Ensure clubs deliver warm, professional, and consistent member experiences. Manage escalated service issues with urgency and diplomacy. Support event execution and foster a wellness-focused club atmosphere.


Compliance & Safety

Uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards in line with local regulations. Maintain SOPs, emergency procedures, and staff certifications. Lead incident management and ensure risk reporting is thorough and timely.

What We're Looking For





Must-Haves

10+ years' experience in operations management (hospitality, fitness, wellness, or retail chains preferred). Proven ability to lead and scale high-performance frontline teams. Strong systems/process mindset -- SOP development, scheduling, reporting, tools. Comfort working in a dynamic, high-accountability, customer-first environment. Excellent communication skills with a service-driven mindset.


Nice-to-Haves

Multi-site or regional management experience. Familiarity with wellness and recovery concepts (e.g., ice baths, cold immersion). Experience launching new locations or scaling operational systems. First Aid, CPR, or relevant safety certifications (or willingness to obtain).
