. Able to work on shifts - Day, Night & Mid Night Shifts (2 am Morning) Encourage and compile compliments to meet the company's Service Quality target. Vital activities, e.g., hotspot checks, trolley transfers, and porter services, are conducted daily. Ensure adequate manpower and resources(trolley services, lightweight machine operators, communication equipment) are available for proper functioning of the Terminal. Lead manpower and resource requirement planning for peak period(s) in assigned terminal. Conduct investigation on reported incidents/accidents, followed by implementing new processes and control measures (if applicable). Administer about 20-30 direct reports on the attendance, leave, discipline, and welfare of assigned terminal(s). Staff engagement and grievance handling. Ensure all equipment allocated is well maintained in terms of serviceability and cleanliness. Build rapport and establish cordial working relationships with clients and airport business partners. Familiarity with Changi Airport terminal operations will be an added advantage. Project Management skills are an added advantage.
