Job Duties

Oversee daily deployment, routing, and maintenance of autonomous vehicles Develop and implement operational SOPs Manage cross-functional teams including safety operators, remote operators, maintenance technicians and ground operations staff Ensure compliance with safety protocols and traffic regulations Track KPIs such as downtime, safety incident rates, etc and perform analysis work to improve processes Lead incident management and root cause analysis for operational issues or accidents involving AVs Support end-user experience by ensuring timely issue resolution and a high standard of service delivery Perform any ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

A valid Class 3 licence Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field Familiar or has a keen interest in autonomous systems, transportation regulations, and fleet management software Ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments and adapt to evolving technologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
