Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple aspects of restaurant operations
Streamline processes to ensure efficiency and quality
Support managers in staffing, training, and scheduling
Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational KPIs
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in F&B operations or multi-outlet management
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and compliance
Able to work shifts, weekends & PH
Prior work experience in handling multiple outlets is a plus point
