Ensure efficiency,productivity and smooth execution of processes to achieve business goals. Able to multitask and liaison with overseas agents regarding candidates' status and progress. Ensure sales targets are met.
Handling sales enquiries, scout for sales and also handle shop advertising programs.
Key responsibilties include developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets and resources, and leading the team to foster growth and profitability. Ensure customer satisfaction for both new and returning clients by providing responsive, respectful and professional service.
Leadership responsibilty including training, supervising, and motivating staff while fostering a positive work environment.
This role requires strong leadership, problem solving skills, and the ability to analyse financial datas and performance metrics.
Be the compliance gatekeeper: ensure adherence to MOM regulations, EA licensing requirements,and audit readiness.
Skill and qualifications :
CEI certified
Proven experience in similar role.
Strong knowledge of operations practises.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong financial acumen for budget management and perfomance analysis
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams.
