Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Operations:


Lead and support area managers in executing company's business objectives in retail operations Champion in outlets consistency in food safety / quality / service / cleanliness in accord to company SOP guidelines Analytical mind in digesting reports on key metrics to identify issues and make decisions on improvements on operations and sales efficiency Key HQ to floor message custodian leading team of area managers in translating clear, precise, understandable information, objectives and directives to all levels Steward in all operation matters in ensuring outlets are being managed responsibly, fairly and integrity.


Requirements:



Minimum 5 years senior operation management experience in F&B chain store with proven track record in retail F&B sales operation excellence Minimum diploma in any commercial discipline from recognized education institutions Proficiency in MS excel, word and power-point is a MUST An analytical mind with strong ability in crunching data to translate into an actionable operation plan. Strong understanding of the TC/AC fundamentals Strong people handling skills. Logical thinking, articulate and ability to communicate your views and plans with all stakeholders at all levels Determined drive to complete tasks on hand and influence team members to follow * Independent, resolved and prepared to step up as a multi-brands business unit manager in near future
