Guarantee the delivery of exceptional guest experience through continuous improvement initiatives, staff training, and service excellence programs.
Collaborate with various departments, including Customer Service, Experience, Facilities, Human Resources and Administration, Sales and Marketing, Purpose Partnership, POS, IT, Maintenance and Safety and Security, to ensure seamless inter-departmental communication and coordination.
Supervise and mentor a diverse team of employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee development.
Uphold strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local regulations and health and safety standards throughout the park.
Oversee budget allocation, resource planning, and cost-control measures to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
Actively participate in crisis management, handling emergencies and incidents efficiently to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and employees.
\xc2\xb7 Provide support in the development and delivery of persuasive and engaging presentations to potential and existing Purpose Partners and Business Partners, showcasing the unique opportunities and benefits of partnering with KidZania Theme Park.
Effectively communicate the park\'s mission, values, and objectives during public speaking engagements and Purpose Partner events.
Help cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Purpose Partners, understanding their needs and assist tailoring partnership proposals accordingly.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing and Business Development teams to create compelling and customized Purpose Partner proposals that align with Purpose Partners\' objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and innovative approaches to attract Purpose Partners.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of Purpose Partners presentations and proposals, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the essence of KidZania\'s mission and values while promoting the park to potential Purpose Partners, Business Partners, Schools, Corporate Groups and collaborators.
Oversee the POS (Retail and Food and Beverage) operations of the park (both in-house and outsourced) to provide a high standard and quality offering and drive revenues and deliver profitable growth.
Work closely with food and beverage partners to ensure that their food offerings are of the highest quality, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Monitor and assess food and beverage staff performance, ensuring efficiency and adherence to operational procedures.
Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Implement corrective actions to improve services based on guest feedback and observations.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the entertainment, hospitality, or theme park industry.
Experience in delivering presentations, public speaking, or sales pitches to potential partners or collaborators.
Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with the ability to captivate audiences and convey a compelling message.
Creativity and ability to tailor purpose partner proposals to meet the unique needs and objectives of potential partners.
Understanding of marketing and branding concepts to align purpose partnership opportunities with partners\' objectives.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a public entertainment venue.
