Operations Manager - Coffee House Chain

A global brand is expanding in Singapore and as a result they are hiring an Operations Manager to join their team.

As a key team member, your primary focus will be driving business growth while maintaining exceptional product and service standards that align with the company\'s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate store sales and inventory data to devise strategies that align with business objectives while prioritizing an exceptional customer journey.
• Utilize sales insights to execute plans that foster business growth and consistently elevate the customer experience within stores.
• Lead by example to create a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration among team members.
• Oversee staffing, attendance, and training initiatives to ensure seamless store operations and empower staff with necessary skills.
• Maintain stringent quality control measures for food and beverages and manage store inventory to uphold standards and compliance with regulations.

For success in this position, proficiency in overseeing store operations and demonstrating expertise in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) specifically within the Food & Beverage/Caf\xc3\xa9 industry is essential.

Key Requirements:

• Over 8 years of managerial experience within the service industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a comparable operational management capacity within a multi-location business framework.
• Demonstrated track record in leading multiple store operations, fostering cohesive teams, and coaching employees to optimize their performance.
• Advantageous experience in launching new markets and initiating restaurant openings, showcasing adaptability in varied settings.
• Strong financial acumen, hands-on in operations, quality control, and customer audits.
• Skilled in fostering culture, implementing training, and knowledgeable in local regulations, health, and safety standards.
