Job Description
Our client is a leading Multinational tech company specializing in travel, short and long term homestay experiences. They are looking for an Operations Manager to join their Premium TeamsJob Responsibilities:
- Responible for end to end project management, coordinating between global stakeholders , troubleshooting and solving any last minute requests with limited availability. Prepare and share reccomendations if any.
- Prepare, Create and update listings to fulfill high-profile booking requests. Partner with marketing team for high visibility marketing campaigns.
- Document ops workflows for new tooling and share updates with cross-functional and external partners
- Incharge of Vendor partner management.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and presentations
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent with atleast 5+ years of operations management, operations program management experience with tech, events industry
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate proper judgment with a sense of urgency
- Natural curiosity to learn about new tools and detailed processes
- Should be flexible in work timings and occasional work on weekends
- Strong communication adn stakeholder management skills
