Job Description
Operations Manager (Workshop Manager)
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
- Budget: $5,600 + $600 transport allowance + $80 hp + AWS + VB
- Location: Changi South
- Manage daily operation activities to ensure smooth running; and continually improve service quality level.
- Ensure accountability and integrity operational readiness of Operation department.
- Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure Operation department is effectively maintained to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure operations staff are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their responsibility to the required standards.
- Deal openly and promptly with any problems and effectively identify and manage risk as appropriate.
- Constantly review and streamline workflow and working conditions in order to achieve workshop labor turnover and efficient operation.
- Provide the point of escalation for team for any operational issues.
- Preparation of reports on performance, budget and expenditure.
- Plan and achieve financial budget and key performance indicators.
- Other projects as assigned by Supervisor.
- Diploma / Degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Automotive and equipment distribution industry at Management level.
- Possess strong analytical, customer service skills and technical knowledge.
