The candidate will come with 8 to 14 years of experience across planning, production, logistics, QAQC and warehousing in manufacturing.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a large team across planning, warehousing, QAQC and logistics
- Manage productivity targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors and deliver excellent service
- Lead, motivate and support
- Organise, supervise and control all production operations according with corporate and local procedures and guidelines.
- Supervise activities and performance of team as part of organisation and human resources support which include development plans and trainings
- Implementation of safety management measures and strong corporate and local EHS procedures
- Bachelor degree or above in related field would be preferred
- 8-14 years in production / operations in a manufacturing environment
- Ideal 5 years of management experience
- Good skills in English communication for internal & external communications and engagement and Office software
- Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.
