Working hours: 9am to 6.00pm
Job Scope
As an Operations Manager in school, you will supervise a team of Operations Support officers in maintaining school safety and security, as well as logistics and estate management.
You will be involved in various aspects of school operations such as maintenance of school facilities, coordination with vendors for infrastructure/ facilities improvement and maintenance works, as well as implementation of safety protocols and emergency response procedures. You will also work with Vice-Principal (Administration) and Administration Manager to manage infrastructure-related budget and evaluate infrastructure-related project proposals.
Requirements
- A dynamic and motivated individual with good organisational, managerial, interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably has experience in facility or estate management, logistics, safety and emergency planning
- Certification as a Fire Safety Manager, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) would be an advantage (to submit certificate where applicable)
