Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: Up to $6.8K
• Annual Wage Supplement
• Performance Bonus (1 to 2 Months)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.15pm
• Location (can choose): Upper Changi (near MRT) / Changi South (next to Expo MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing three sites with a workforce ranging from150 to 180 employees.
• Provide strategic leadership and directions to manage daily warehouse operations.
• Enforce process compliance and ensure operations meet and achieve customer\'s expectation and KPIs.
• Accountable for the P&L performance for the responsible programs in scope, managing expenditures within defined budgets
• Defining operational requirements and implementing new strategies, technologies, and initiatives to enhance overall performance.
• Continuously engage customers on commercial, operational scope of work and contract renewals.
• Enforce security and work safety measures and controls in the warehouse.
• Monitoring departmental budgetary control and resource allocation for optimal utilization.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a managerial position
• With experience in managing 100 headcount or more employees
