Key Responsibilities
Operations & Production
Lead and oversee daily production operations in compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs.
Monitor product quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct routine safety checks and ensure equipment reliability.
Identify and resolve operational challenges swiftly to maintain efficiency.
Recruit, train, and onboard production staff to build a high-performing team.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with business strategy.
Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing customer relationships.
Work closely with the team to ensure product availability, quality, and timely delivery.
Support marketing and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and revenue.
Manage budgets and control operational expenses.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to enhance business practices.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across operations.
Take on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and preferably in F&B and food manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
