Marketing & Engagement Executive

to help us connect with parents, promote our programs, and support centre-wide campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities



Operations Management



Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. Plan and implement staff training programs to enhance performance and professionalism. Set clear performance targets and monitor staff progress against goals. Develop and implement policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational plans. Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

Marketing & Promotions



Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and referral programs. Manage social media content (photos, videos, posts, stories). Explore and work with influencers to boost visibility.

Parent Relations & Customer Engagement



Handle parent enquiries and arrange trial lessons. Call parents after enrolment to ensure positive onboarding. Follow up with parents who submit withdrawals to gather feedback. Conduct yearly parent surveys and share referral promotions.

Events & Internal Coordination



Plan and coordinate events (e.g., grading exams, roadshows, workshops). Motivate and update staff on campaigns to ensure strong communication with parents. Take photos/videos for marketing collateral and social media.

Insights & Reporting



Gather parent feedback to improve programs. Track and report effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood, Education, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Experience in marketing, event coordination, or customer service preferred. Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with parents. Creative and hands-on with social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Proactive, organised, and able to multitask.

Main Location:

Mountbatten Centre (with occasional travel to other centres)

Working Hours:



Tue - Fri: 11:00am - 9:00pm Sat: 8:30am - 6:00pm Sun & Mon: Rest days

What We Offer



Salary range:

$2,800 - $3,500 (commensurate with experience)
