About Us
TransAsia Private Capital Limited is a Hong Kong and Singapore based asset manager that specializes in working capital lending/financing. The firm is seeking to improve its capability in high volume supply chain financing through enhancing data capture, automating documentation processes, using programs to check for exceptions/breaks and generating customized risk reports.
Job Information
- Job Type : Full-Time
- Years of Experience : 3 to 5 years in audit or similar function, concentrating on operations
\xc2\xb7 Lead efforts for external audit, ensuring a successful completion of audit process
\xc2\xb7 Review of operational processes, identifying areas of potential risk and remediation through process design where applicable
\xc2\xb7 Perform middle office functions which includes management of day-to-day portfolio exposure, reviewing of compliance and sanction related matters
\xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc tasks depending on business requirements
Responsibilities
- Participate in middle office functions and learn about entire loan lifecycle.
- Conduct full review of previous audits to comprehend underlying business.
- Identify inherent operational risks within company and remediate where necessary. Policy creation, redesign and implement processes where applicable.
- Lead and be central point of contact throughout external audit process.
- Conduct post-mortem review of audit and ensure constant learning and process design as well as policy adherence is ingrained in company.
- An interest to learn about private debt industry and loan products
- University degree in accounting/finance
- Motivated to self-learn, take initiative and work independently
- Ability to think critically and be able to communicate concisely, precisely and effectively
- Good interpersonal skills - team player that can take on tasks beyond primary responsibilities
