We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Regional Operation Senior Associate/Associate to join our Managed Talent team, to retain managed talents within Glints by improving the efficiency and quality of Managed Talent Operations through process re-engineering and data infrastructure building.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Process Re-engineering: Improve process efficiency by diagnosing performance issues, defining the user experience and business objectives, redefining processes and leading the implementation of pilot program to change processes; Document workflows in the form of process flows with accountability and responsibility, and standard operating procedure with well-defined service level agreements; Drive change management by supporting local office process implementation and acquiring support from stakeholders such as Management, General Managers, Finance, etc
• Project Management: Initiate strategic projects by setting objectives and aligning them with Management; Draft the timeline of the project by identifying relevant sources needed and securing resources; Ensure that projects are delivered on time through weekly alignment with stakeholders and issues escalation to Management

Who We Are Looking For

• A data-driven person that has experience using data instrumentation and visualisation with at least 3 years of experience (experience in Airtable, Google Sheet, and Google Data Studio will be a plus)
• A communicator who can deliver executive recommendations and influence management
• A self-starter with the ambition to build core capabilities including Product and Operations
• A human being who cares a lot about our users (job seeker and employers) and fight hard to deliver value to them
• If you have strong experience in data/product/consulting and would like to develop your career in operations, you can join us even with only 1 year of experience!
