Description
- Oversee the development of the scenarios and plans for medical and operational responses for communicable disease outbreaks, civil and national emergencies
- Building up, upgrading and maintenance of hospital capabilities (including operational, IT & infrastructure capabilities), to support medical and public health responses for various emergency scenarios in collaboration with hospital stakeholders and external supporting agencies.
- Conducting emergency preparedness exercises, educational talks and training programs.
- Involved in the coordination and maintenance of the BCM (Business Continuity Management) Program, including periodic review of core business units\' BCP (Business Continuity Plans) and conduct of internal audits and drills in alignment with the organisation\'s objectives.
- Min Degree holder with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in emergency / contingency planning and operations management.
- Knowledge in healthcare operations and administration is preferred.
- Critical thinker, self-motivated, excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a team player
- Meticulous with good writing skills & proficiency in MS Office
