:
- The Executive will support the Emergency Planning team in executing hospital-wide programs in the areas of:
- Civil emergency / pandemic preparedness; Enterprise risk / business continuity management.
- To support the Assistant Manager / Manager in the implementation of Emergency Planning projects;
- To provide secretariat support for Emergency Planning-related meetings and track matters arising, project timelines and updates;
- To prepare budget, administrative and project proposals;
- To regularly track and update Emergency Planning-related KPIs and produce reports.
- Degree holder with at least 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare operations and administration;
- Prior exposure to business continuity management systems and enterprise risk management would be an advantage
