An exciting Operations Settlements Analyst job has just become available at one of the most respected international banks in Singapore. This is a role for an analytical thinker who possesses experience in passion for securities settlements. About the Operations Settlements Analyst Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for responsible for the clearing and settlement of equity executions on behalf of all global clients trading in the Hong Kong/Singapore market. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cross-border settlement in the HK/SG market
- Check booking accuracy and handle post journal entry
- Perform reconciliation on stock and cash
- Break investigation and resolution and following up outstanding settlement items
- Initiate stock borrow for failed trades, monitor stock return for borrowed stocks
- Liaise with internal/external client and local custodians
- Fund trade settlements
- Consolidate and provide support on UAT testing and static data
- Handle Equities settlements and payments processing
- Perform front-to-back ETF creation and redemption process
- Monitor trade settlement via CCP terminals to prevent buy-in
- Degree holder with at least four years of work experience
- Equities product experience is required
- Proven track record of accurate execution and an eye for detail
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
