JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Function:

  • Responsible for operations change control activities, internal and external audits, management of exception reports, financial tracking.
  • Drive and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and participate in related cross-functional projects
Major Responsibilities:
  • Lead manufacturing operations efforts to ensure compliance to global quality standard which includes. Conduct internal audits, and external audit readiness, GMP walkdown and audit report gap closure.
  • Lead and conduct Safety and Quality event investigation, timely closure of CAPA.
  • Support risk assessment and development of operating procedures related operation and maintenance of process equipment systems.
  • Complete review of post-trial records.
  • Support timely manufacture of research prototypes that meets the intended research purposes.
  • Support consumable and trial inventory monitoring.
  • Perform special safety assignment such as risk assessment, emergency response, first aid, fire warden, DGTC certification etc whenever nominated
  • Work effectively and cooperatively with others; establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
  • Provide honest, accurate feedback to peers & superiors, exchange relevant information openly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and manager; which include but not limited to:-
  • Manage and maintain operational budgets and contracts.
  • Manage/maintain contracts and service level agreements for operations group.
  • Manage new hire on-boarding access and training needs for operations group.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Food Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Manufacturing Process or Quality or related roles, preferably within pharma/nutrition/food industry
  • Experience in process equipment operation such as wet processing, evaporator, dryer can packing equipment
  • Experience in SAP on purchasing and inventory management preferred
  • Proficient in MS office tools
  • Strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowldege in GMP, EHS, Quality principles in a pharmaceutical and/or food manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge in applicable facility and system requirements in EHS, Quality and Engineering specific to food and dairy industry.
  • Good organizational skills. Good team player with initiative, drive and good communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
