Operations Specialist (events)

Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be a champion for event management and production
- Assist the team with technical setup (e.g., sound system, lights, cameras, etc.)
- Ensure the smooth execution and flow of operations from ingress to egress
- Oversee fabrication of booths for on-ground events
- Set the live-streaming platform for digital events
- Prepare reports as needed and engage in basic client management
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course (fresh grads are welcome to apply!)
- Having knowledge in printing and basic technical aspects of production is preferred
- Proficient in operating the Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to work on-site (office is located in Ortigas, Pasig)
- Willing to travel to different event locations with the team
- Willing to work long hours
- Can start ASAP
- Basic pay: PHP15-17k
- Monthly load allowance
