This role supports the bank sellers on pre & post sales enquiries and ensure applications are processed timely. The incumbent will work closely with reporting manager and BDMs/ CSMs to ensure service quality to bank partners is met and internal processes streamlined. The role needs to support New Business processes and BAU enhancements.

  • Case management of applications from bank partners
  • Handle underwriting response to & from bank partners; ensure accurate and timely reports to the internal and external stakeholders to support pipeline management.
  • Support the prompt delivery and implementation of BAU enhancements requested by the business.
  • Discussion with the internal and external stakeholders on understanding the processes and document the rules and enhancements that are needed
  • Review and ensure that the business requirements are comprehensive and they meet the business needs taking into consideration future needs and changing business needs.
  • Provide suggested solutions and options in relation to bank partner concerns.
  • Contribute to the overall planning/ replanning of the project timeline and resources, effective monitoring of the project status and plans.
  • Actively seek continuous improvements in her/his area of expertise so that she/he continues to be relevant to the business.
  • Involve in the day to day execution of new business submission including end to to end processing.This includes proposal approval, issuance, NTU, CFI, etc
  • Ability to handle ad-hoc projects related to day to day within the business functions such as review of test scripts to capture the business scenarios
  • Engage with touchpoints and PD distribution to resolve day to day escalated issues.
Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in any discipline

Work Experiences:

Minimum 3 year\'s experience in the life insurance industry

  • Willing to render overtime work, including weekends whenever a business need calls for
