Job Summary

• Responsible for the overall performance of the AYHPI production in terms of efficiency, productivity, and timeliness on producing quality products as per sales' requirements.
• Responsible in creating the production sequence based on the sales orders received and advices coming from the sales team.
• Responsible in overseeing the Shipping operations by making sure that the delivery schedules are met in the most efficient way.
• Responsible in the supervision of the MCD section in ensuring that all the raw materials and spare parts are available when needed.
• Responsible on communicating with Purchasing team all the status of pending PRs and its corresponding delivery dates.
• In charge on processing, handling and resolving customer complaints.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitors daily efficiency of all the machines by checking the spoilage, lost time, and Class B production per run.
• Coordinates with the sales representatives the production status and target delivery dates of all the pending orders.
• Coordinates with the Sales Team the projection and maintaining inventory of all the finished products per month.
• Creates the production sequence based on pending orders and sales advices.
• Ensures that the production sequence made is being followed by the production.
• Leads all the projects related to the improvements on the production together with the Production supervisors.
• Coordinates with Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor regarding the delivery schedules and concerns on trucking and deliveries.
• Review monthly performance of AYHPI trucking in terms of utilization and usages.
• Oversees the daily activities of MCD in ensuring that all the materials needed by the company were available whenever needed with the least cost possible.
• Communicates with the purchasing department regarding the ROP and MOQ of all the inventoriable items.
• Follow-ups purchasing on the status of pending PRs and its corresponding delivery dates.
• Coordinates with Sales regarding customer concerns or complaints and conducts an investigation as to the validity, root cause/s and corrective and preventive actions for such incidents.
• Gives disposition on all the returned products from customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a 5-year Engineering Course or its equivalent experience.
• Strong Management and Leadership Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• High Managerial Courage and Decision-Making Skills
• At least three (3) experience in related industry and in Supervisory position.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
