Job Duties:

Monitoring of incoming gate return / transhipment volume and allocate volume accordingly to the respective depot
Assisting with special shipment request eg. bundling / unbundling of flat rack, hangtainer setup, monitoring of special equipment inventory and Resource Management eg. Catering of resources according to incoming gate return or transhipment volume etc
Vendor Manpower Management eg. informing vendor of the incoming workload and expectations for manpower planning, etc
Inventory monitoring of Stockpile Project and Seals / DG stickers
Setting up of new workflow and processes eg. gate return assignment and Liaising with departments for deployment after depot operational hours
Exceptions handling eg. attending to exceptions such as containers exchange etc or customers\' ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

\'O\' Level or NITEC. Other disciplines with experience in logistics operations management preferable in 3rd party logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment will also be considered
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills
Willing to work on a 5.5 days work schedule
