• Graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, or similar field

• Five or more years of management experience

• Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce.

• Thorough understanding on the optimization of service operations and standards of J&T Express to achieve success

• Ability to prepare and present report in all medium

• Knowledgeable in Strategic Management with strong business acumen.

• Knowledge in performance evaluation metrics.

• Problem-solving abilities and can relate to all levels of organization hierarchy.

• Oversees the entirety of J&T Express Regional operations to ensure efficiency and prevent operational errors in the Distribution Centers, Delivery Hubs, and Drop Points.

• Trains stakeholders with the J&T Express standard and objectives to be discharged to all Area Manager

• Establishes firm compliance with J&T Express and SOPs and constantly implement improvements

• Formulates business development strategies with proper coordination with J & T Headquarters.

• Consistently deals with operational and relational problems by providing (creative) practical solutions to deter further build out of problems that will affect overall business operations.

• Assumes sound financial management to guarantee that branches will be profitable and stay within the expense budge

• Makes objective evaluation of people and performance using key metrics and immediately addresses issue/s to improve relationships

• Leads team of managers for effective collaboration towards the attainment of set goals.

• Assist upper management in decision towards business expansion or other business endeavors.

• Regularly reports to senior executives on all progress and issues of the operations within his/her area of control

• Follows established protocol before making any major decisions involving business process, specifically matters involving legal action
