Job Description

Operations Supervisor in logistics oversees the daily operations of warehouse, transportation, and supply chain activities to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods in Changi Airfreight Centre

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of logistics staff Manage inbound and outbound shipments, delivery routes, and scheduling Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and labelling Ensure equipment is used properly and maintained regularly Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance Collaborate with departments like HR, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service Enforce safety standards and company policies 2-5 years of supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain Strong understanding of logistics operations and best practices Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
Able to drive forklift and towing tractor

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
Able to drive forklift, towing tractor and truck (class 4)


Familiarity with inventory management systems and compliance standards (e.g., ISO) Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and updates.

Work Schedule:

Able to do shift work
44 hours per week


Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday are required to work


Salary Range : SGD $3,300 - $4,500/month
