Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing operational workflows, processes, and systems
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for cost reduction or productivity improvement
Design and implement process enhancements to support business objectives
Collaborate with operations, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of improvements
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor performance
Prepare reports, SOPs, and documentation for new and existing processes
Support change management efforts and conduct training as needed
2-5 years of relevant experience in process analysis, operations, or business improvement roles
