Job Description
The Operation Manager/Manufacturing Manager/Production Manager leads projects and teams of engineers.
Must provide project management oversight, manages and coordinates manpower, materials and resources to meet production targets and product quality standards.
Must provide technical guidance to the teams. He/She manages and establishes preventive maintenance plans.
Must lead, manages and coordinates productivity improvement and cost savings programmes. He/She provides guidance and coaching to Engineers.
Requirements
- Analyse organisation’s carbon footprint
- Apply materials characterisation
- Apply Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for productivity improvement
- Apply principles of digital techniques
- Apply principles of electrical and electronic fundamental
- Apply problem-solving process in mechanical design
- Apply project management skills
- Carry out aerospace maintenance practices
- Design and analyse for machine vibration
- Design human-machine interface and supervisory control
- Enhance control performance of precision machines to satisfy manufacturing requirements
- Establish carbon footprint assessment methodology
- Manage enterprise productivity improvement methodology
- Manage productivity improvement to achieve business objectives
- Manage the manufacturing execution system
