JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)Assist in ensuring smooth, efficient and timely execution of all day-to-day operational process.
2) Assist in operations on ground as and when required. Required fast reaction, high reliability and flexibility.
3)Carry out daily tasks and operations procedures in order to meet their assigned performance
4)Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
5)Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
6) The ability to effectively communicate clearly and effectively with multiple parties
7) Ablility to multi-task.
REQUIREMENTS:
1)Possess strong people management skills
2)Able to commit to work overtime on Weekend and Public holiday if required
