Responsibilities

Operations support at customer\xe2\x80\x99s site.
Plan the day to day container operations.
Perform quality checks on cargoes prior to stuffing operations.
Non-conformance investigations and reporting.
Accountable for on-site safety of the team.
Work with plant safety for safety training.
Reporting near misses.
Propose continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and schedule maintenance of equipment under his charge
Co-ordinate with customer on sales order, order fulfilment and on exception operational arrangements.
Co-ordinate with internal department for container collection schedule.
Prepare operational reports, monthly KPI data collection and presentation to customer
Manage a team of Forklift Operators.
Operate forklift when necessary
