About the opportunity

As Operations Supervisor you'll oversee day-to-day operational activities at T&G's 3PL warehouse, ensuring smooth supply chain performance and high-quality standards for our world-class apples. Key responsibilities include:

Oversee operational activities and processes to ensure consistent, quality fruit supply to customers Communicate container arrival schedules, delivery timetables, and repacking instructions to service providers. Track order fulfilment, repacking, and deliveries against sales plans. Maintain relationships with 3PL partners, customers, distributors and T&G teams Supervise and train 3rd party quality checks to ensure standards are met Monitor inventory and reconcile stock volumes to support supply planning Collate supply chain data and provide operational reporting

Reporting to the Regional Manager SE Asia, this role works between our 3PL warehouse in Jurong and our corporate office in central Singapore.

About you

5+ years' experience in an operations, logistics, or supply chain supervisory role Experience in the food industry, ideally fresh / perishable food Practical problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail Strong relationship building and communication skills Business-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
