Duties:
Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, resident rooms and common areas.
Manage vendor contracts for repairs, pest control and equipment servicing to ensure service quality and compliance.
Supervise housekeeping, laundry, kitchen operations and transport services, including vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
Manage medical and non?medical supplies through stock monitoring, audits and proper storage to prevent wastage.
Support emergency preparedness initiatives such as fire drills and pandemic response activities.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business Admin, Facilities or Healthcare Management.
WSQ Food Safety Course Level 3.
At least 5 years' experience in Operations or Facilities Management (preferably in Healthcare/Eldercare settings)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory/facility management software.
Strong problem-solving, organization and cross-functional teamwork.
