Job Description

  • Call Centre / Customer Service / Retail Sales Exp
  • No Exp Welcome - Training Provided
  • 5 Days / Office Hours / Able to work on weekend
Job Scope:
  • Attend to calls from frontline Customer Service Team
  • Ensure follow up on cases escalated
  • Perform simple investigation for cases
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Call Centre / Customer Service / Retail Sales
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work on weekends
Other Information:
  • Location: Town
  • Working Hour: 5 Days (including weekends) / Office Hour
  • Salary: Up to $2300 + AWS + VB
