The Opportunity

  • Review, validate, and process telecommunications invoices from various vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established billing procedures.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
  • Act as a central point of contact for operational escalations, promptly addressing issues and facilitating timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.
  • Support the Telco Team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects.
  • Assist with project coordination, documentation, and tracking of milestones to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data related to telecommunications operations, invoices, and escalations.
  • Generate reports and insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize processes.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with telecommunications vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Engage in vendor meetings, negotiations, and performance evaluations as needed.
  • Continuously assess operational processes related to invoice management, escalations, and project coordination.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Your Background
  • 2+ years\' experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination within the telecommunications or related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges and escalations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
