The Opportunity

  • Invoice Payments Management:
  • Timely processing and approval of vendor invoices.
  • Verification of invoice accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
  • Coordination with the Finance team to ensure timely payment to vendors.
  • Conduct regular line audits to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or non-compliance in mobile line data.
  • Collaborate with the IT and Telecom teams to resolve audit findings and ensure data accuracy.
  • Implement improvements to audit processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Telco Request Management:
  • Receive and manage telecom service requests through task management systems.
  • Ensure requests are assigned, tracked, and resolved within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to fulfill service requests promptly.
  • User Escalations:
  • Act as a point of contact for users experiencing issues or escalations related to telecom services.
  • Investigate and resolve user concerns in a timely and customer-focused manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Process Improvement & Project Support
  • Process Analysis: Analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Recommendations: Developing and proposing process improvement recommendations, including changes to workflows, procedures, and systems.
  • Project Support: Assisting project managers and teams in various project-related tasks, such as data analysis, documentation, and coordination.
Your Background
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination within the telecommunications or related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges and escalations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
