We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist
The role will start out as a contract

3 years experience of relevant work experience
Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination within the telecommunications or related industry.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Invoice Payments Management - Timely processing and approval of vendor invoices.
Line Operations - Conduct regular line audits to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or non-compliance in mobile line data.
Telco Request Management - Receive and manage telecom service requests through task management systems.
User Escalations - Act as a point of contact for users experiencing issues or escalations related to telecom services.
