Operations Team Lead (logistics Mnc)

Job Description
Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Operations Team Lead to join their Warehouse Operations team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily inbound/outbound operations and admin activities to meet KPIs. Allocate resources, resolve booking/operation issues, and ensure smooth workflows. Train and guide staff, maintain records, and enforce compliance with HSE, security, quality, and system requirements. Coordinate with customers and transporters on shipment and return matters. Handle data entry, prepare pick lists, and generate regular operational reports. Support system testing, process improvements, and sustainability initiatives. Assist in building a cohesive team, manage overtime, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements:
Min 3 years of warehouse operations with leading experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience in Power BI will be a bonus
