Work Location: Jurong Island

• To ensure the safety of all individuals in accordance with safety requirements and comply with regulations and acts.
• Monitor and operate plant processes, diagnose equipment issues, notify shift supervisors of any abnormalities, and conduct initial troubleshooting for a continuous supply of quality products.
• Meet customer demands for products within safety guidelines by controlling and operating plant equipment.
• Maintain and enhance plant efficiency and integrity by monitoring equipment, identifying faults, and suggesting improvements.
• Execute plant stops and starts, troubleshoot as instructed by the Facility Manager.
• Collaborate in reviewing, developing, and updating work instructions and documentation.
• Record daily plant activities, escalate concerns to the Plant Manager.
• Oversee site security by managing access control.

Are you a MATCH?

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent engineering field
• Related working experience in chemical process plant will be advantageous
• Basic equipment and distributed control system knowledge in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
• Safety minded, team player and good working experience.
