Job Description
This position is for Allgreen Properties Ltd (Tanglin Mall), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.
- Carry out building inspection. Identify building defects
- Carry out maintenance and improvement works
- Manage tenants\xe2\x80\x99 feedback on maintenance works
- Provide technical support and trouble-shooting to Building Systems
- NITEC certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Air-conditioning
- Preferably 2 yrs\xe2\x80\x99 experience in maintenance and operations of M&E equipment and systems especially Central Air-conditioning in shopping centre environment
- Fresh graduates from ITE may considered
- Shift work involved: 8am-4pm / 3pm-11pm (8-hour shifts)
