Job Description


Location: Singapore, Singapore Thales people architect solutions that enable two-thirds of planes to take off and land safely. Thales today employs over 2,100 people in Singapore across all its business areas. Responsibilities:

  • Participate in d efining Transformation strategy with top management and lead projects in the AGS Operations perimeter: 6 factories in 6 countries .
  • Lead transformation projects in the different factories and departments (APRUs, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Quality).
  • Responsible for transformation team and coordination of transformation worldwide network.
  • Participation of AGS Operations animation plan definition & improvement (COMOPS, SIM).
  • Responsible of digital product (roadmap definition, team animation, worldwide deployment, communication plan).
  • Participates in different Thales network: Lean, Industry 4.0, FLX transformation.
  • Transformation projects have an important impact to achieve key performance targets: Customer satisfaction, Leadtime reduction, Quality, Safety, People Engagement and competitiveness.
  • Transformation manager works closely with factory directors, Supply Chain, Process engineering Digital Lab and Quality to influence and engage them in the different projects.
  • Develop real time KPIs & follow the benefits of projects on customer experience and key operations performances (Safety, Quality, Leadtime, Cost, People)
  • Develop a result-oriented culture to demonstrate projects efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or Business
  • Experienced in Industry environment (production or service).
  • Experienced in Lean practices and/or digital transformation.
  • Experienced in transversal project with change management.

  • Business travels can be expected.
  • Working Location: Changi
  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
