Job Description


:

  • Manage written-off portfolio to meet the performance targets.
  • Contact customers to negotiate payment schedules that will ensure maximum recovery and minimum risk exposure to the Bank
  • Review customers\xe2\x80\x99 profiles and recommend effective collection actions
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints within stipulated timeframe.
  • Escalate irregular cases promptly to team manager for advice.
  • Provide administration such as preparation of letters and adjustment vouchers.
  • Engage in digitalization and leverage on data analytics to provide contextualized insights, and to improve performance and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvements and achieve best practices, using Agile Methodology.
  • Work and collaborate with team to achieve team\xe2\x80\x99s goals and performance targets.
  • Deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 6 months contract, with extension option by Bank.
  • Degree or Diploma in any related field.
  • Experience in credit collection or litigation would be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to manage difficult customers & situations independently.
  • Office is based at Changi Business Park.
