We are representing our clients to hire an Ops Administrator Executive to be driving operational excellence in the organization.You will be supporting the day-to-day operations in the department, collaborating with a team of dedicated workers. As this will be a healthcare institution, this role will require you to liaise with the nursing, pharmacy and clinicians team. You will be supporting with the development of services and processes to ensure safe and efficient care for patients.Major Duties and Responsibilities- Relook into the operational workflow of the department- Plan and implement new models- Ensure smooth and hassle-free execution of daily data extraction and migration plans- Review document for clinical and non-clinical needs- Support the preparation of activities required during IT systems downtime, upgrade, and deployment- Administer support in purchase related activities- Management of timelines to ensure timely follow-up and closure of key action items.- To be able to assist in some of the ad-hoc projects as assigned by the hiring managerKnowledge, Skills and Abilities- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience- Experienced in business operations background.
