Job PurposeThe Senior Executive / Manager, Security Ops is responsible to plan and execute security operations and procedures as part of overall efforts to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, enhance workforce vigilance and strengthen public transport (PT) network security. This position will require collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesSecurity Ops, Senior Executive / Manager\'s duties and responsibilities are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

• Plan and conduct threat analysis (TVRA) on SMRT premises including evolving threats and provide inputs for possible mitigating enhancements.
• Manage overall security services contract and ensure planning and management of daily security operations across SMRT Premises & Network.
• Validate ground security measures through audits and inspections in relation to meeting system-wide regulatory Code of Practice (CP) requirements.
• Conduct periodic review of security processes and operations procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct security exercises (including red teaming exercises) and security awareness program to level up workforce vigilance and discipline.
• Analyze and compile data on security trends.
• Support project management for security enhancement projects.
• Coordinate with internal business units pertaining to implementation of security measures and procedures.
• Collaborate with and provide support to external agencies in the management of meeting security requirements.
• Liaise with external agencies and regulators on security management issues.
• Conduct security-related incident investigations as well as provide necessary assistance in Police investigations.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution
• At least 3 years\' experience in managing security operations
• Education background/working experience in transport security is preferred

SkillsTechnical skills include:

• Security-related certification
• Red Teaming Officer Training certification
• Proficient with MS Office applications - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
