A leading international retail eyewear brand is hiring Opticians in Singapore. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, and want to represent a leading global eyewear brand who is known for their outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience, providing professional advice on their products, and contributing to the brand's overall performance.

No Experience Needed - Full Training Provided!

Responsibilities

Conduct refraction tests and provide dispensing services. Offer professional advice on spectacles, frames, and related products. Provide contact lens services, including fitting, dispensing, aftercare, and handling complications. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience. Maintain store operations and inventory control. Represent the company as a Brand Ambassador and contribute to sales targets. Perform cashiering duties and manage in-store transactions. Keep up to date with product knowledge and follow company SOPs.

Requirements

NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Optometry or equivalent. Registered or eligible for registration with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB). Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a retail setting. Retail experience preferred, but training will be provided. Good command of spoken English. Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and comfortable serving their esteemed customers for prolonged periods. Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational roster.
