Department: OQA/Compliance Department (MES Tuas) Report to: OQA/Compliance Department Manager Functional Relationships with: All related departments (e.g. Design, Equipment & Manufacturing) and counterparts (Compliance teams from overseas battery plant, Sales teams, 3rd party certification bodies)

POSITION PROFILE

Based in: Singapore; The successful candidate will collaborate and participate in On-going Reliability Test (ORT) for battery cells, fulfulling requirements set by designers/customers. He/she will also run product compliance check on battery cells to ensure that it fulfills product safety and product environmental requirements set by national/international governing bodies.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the ORT system (includes calibration system, operation standards, ORT planning, ORT reporting system and related equipment maintenance & troubleshooting)
• Plan and conduct ORT based upon requirement set, evalaute the results and submit ORT reports
• Support product designers on ORT improvement activities/customers' rquirement testing & evaluation
• Maintain battery product safety (test lab environment) and product environmetal compliance to ensure product is safe to transport, safe in applications and confirm to environmental regulations
• Review and maintain the QMS documents related to ORT and compliance
• Involve in projects on automation of workflow
• Involve in Cross Functional Team (CFT) projects and development

• Diploma in Engineering (Preferred Computer Engineering/IT related)
• At least a year of continuous work experience in product testing/QAQC environment (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Able to work well in a team while being independent and pro-active
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computing knowledge
• Knowledge in VBA (Visual Basic Application), satistical & reliability, metrology, experienced with ISO17025 lab set up, ability to converse/read/write in Chinese/Japanese language (to communicate with overseas counterparts) are added advantages
